  • In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, no refunds will be provided.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of order cancellation by Chicky Woks or significant quality concerns.

  • Customers must report any issues within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval.

7. User Conduct

  • Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or abuse Chicky Woks’ staff or partners.

  • Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Restaurant Partner Terms

  • Partner restaurants must comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Pricing, menu updates, and availability are managed by the respective restaurant.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Chicky Woks is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or hygiene maintained by partner restaurants.

  • We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic.

Chicky Woks reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or website.
